Bangladesh has beaten Pakistan for the first time in the T20 International (T20I) series adding a new chapter in cricket history.
Bangladesh won the opening two matches to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series, further exposing Pakistan's failure.
Bangladesh had set a target of 134 runs against Pakistan. Hence, Pakistan had a chance to win the match and level the series 1-1. However, the Bangladesh bowlers were at their best. Bangladesh bowlers bowled out Pakistan for 125 runs in 19.2 overs and won the match by 8 runs.
The downfall of Bangladesh:
Pakistan won the toss and forced Bangladesh to bat first. Pakistan's bowlers gave Bangladesh continuous shocks. As a result, Bangladesh scored 28 runs for 4 wickets. However, knocks from Zakir Ali and Mehdi Hasan helped Bangladesh put up a respectable challenge.
