Ripe mango - 500 grams

Sugar - 300 grams

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.

How to make?


Peel the mango and remove the fleshy part inside. Now blend the mango in a blender. Now pour the mango in a pan and mix the sugar with it. Place it on the stove and keep it on low heat. Make sure that the stove is on medium low. After 5-7 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to it. When the mixture starts to thicken, turn off the stove. Leave it outside and let it cool. Now pour the mango jam in an air-tight dry jar and store it in the refrigerator.
